Ms. Zhou received her MSc in Environmental and Resource Economics in 2005 from the University College of London. Her educational background also includes academic time spent in the United States and Hungary, along with her native China.

Her business focus is primarily on renewable energy private equity funding, and as such, has a wide range of contacts spanning the fields of international finance and renewable energy (RE), including a cast of RE and CleanTech investors, scientists, and experts.

Ms. Zhou herself is an expert within the China Solar industry and enjoys recognition as such from some of the top global solar suppliers. In addition, she has strong connections with local and provincial governments and has close ties with several SEZs (Special Economic Zones).
